He was suddenly off the ledge in the open air. xxx I glanced around when we appeared outside the Cathedral. Using my power always made me hungry. He was slumped in a chair and I could see someone had beaten him. The one I went to had a small pale looking woman sitting at it. I moved back and under the camera as I started looking around. I used my comp and an anonymous account to lease a small apartment across the city. After I was dressed I turned to the woman, “where am I?”
She smiled, “Haven.”
I looked at her, I had never heard of anyplace called Haven. A couple of minutes later she walked in and smiled, “my dad is sending someone.”
I nodded and pushed a cup of hot chocolate towards her.
